After graduating high school, I went on to study in the area of cosmetology. I then received my CDA, which led me to pursue my director's training. Learning should be a constant and lifelong skill. I am currently studying and training in areas of early childcare development.

Ms. Sillah grew up in Miami, Florida, where she attended Miami-Dade County Public Schools for Kindergarten through 12th grade. She has had a love and passion for children since her younger years and is a mother to three lovely daughters.

Ms. Sillah then went to Barry University, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s in Reading.
